We are in need of:

Outbound Sales

- 2 years outbound sales experience in an outbound campaign or 3-5 years inbound sales experience
- We prefer to hire candidates who have handled leadership roles such as but not limited to Team Lead/Supervisor, QA, Real Time Analyst, SME, etc.
- Previous work from home experience is a plus but not a required
- Have internet connection of 3 MBPS or higher, with a backup internet connection

- Properly working headset and computer to be used only for work
- Noise free environment
- Independent, enthusiastic, mature, flexible and hardworking

Customer Service

-Call customer for pickups and collect after shipment feedback
-Answer product and service questions; suggesting information about service.
-Recordin account information.
-Maintains customer records by updating account information.
-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
-Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
-Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Have internet connection of 3 MBPS or higher, with a backup internet connection

Salary: Sales = Php20000 + Php100/sale or Php500/sale + PHp1000/sale in excess of target (Commission Only)
Customer Service = Php20000
