Job Description:
Responding to comments and messages on social media platforms - mainly
Following up on customer interactions, maintaining existing customer relationships and increasing customer loyalty.
High salary for qualified applicants- 23,000-27,000 monthly salary
Work is in 8 hour shifts between 8pm-12 noon PH, 5 shifts a week.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills – can convey information clearly and effectively in writing, excellent reading comprehension.
3-5 years of experience in customer support
Experience handling customer support via social media
Experience working with Gorgias or other ticketing systems - a plus
High speed internet and a reliable PC
You must be internet savvy
Experience working with Magento 2 or E-commerce companies a plus!
