Social Media / Content Marketing Manager

We are ---------- , an Australian design business that has an excellent reputation for creating awesome websites for a range of clients all around the world, to take their websites to the next level, so they can have a bigger impact.

We're looking for somebody who can grow our social media channel followers, by:
- Add new blog posts to our website and syndicate them on all social channels.
- Promoting our design folio on social media channels.
- Create & manage our blog post / social media campaign.
- Send emails to our list to promote our campaigns.
- Conduct basic Blog post title / SEO keyword research.
- Brief the copywriter for writing blog posts.
- Brief the design team for designing blog post images.
- Study and report on our metrics dashboards. (Google Analytics, DataBox, Active Campaign.
- Reach out to podcast hosts with the goal to get our CEO interviewed on podcasts
- Create audio & video snippets from podcast interviews and post on social media channels

For this role, you will need to be:
- Passionate about internet marketing and social media.
- Have a proven track record working for two years minimum in a similar role.
- Have basic knowledge of how ActiveCampaign or similar CRMs work.
- Be eager to learn new marketing tools.
- Have basic video editing knowledge.
- Have basic design tool knowledge.
- Self-motivated & very reliable.
- Work at a fair & reasonably fast pace.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Be ethical, a team player, and a good communicator.
- Have good English speaking & writing skills.
- Have a fast, reliable computer & fast internet speed.
- Be able to work well unsupervised from your own location.
- You must have a microphone so you can have occasional calls with our team.
- Work full-time within standard daytime hours, 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
- Commit to a full-time position with the goal to work with us for at least two years.
- Some experience with technical support is an advantage

The position will start with a fully paid full-time 2 week trial period, to see how well you perform and to see if your attitude is a good fit for our culture, then we will offer you a permanent full-time position.
