We are a Hong Kong-based fast-growing eCommerce Company. Our selling platforms include Shopify, Woocommerce, Amazon, and other popular online platforms. We are looking for passionate individuals to be part of our team.
Your Role
Order Processing and Supplier Management
- Responsible for fulfilling orders from customers for both Amazon and Shopify platform
- Manage and resolve customer and supplier issues
- Able to research and source from different suppliers
- Handle return and refund request
Customer Service
- Provide excellent service to our customer
- Meeting the designated turnaround time (24hrs) to resolve customer issues
- Be alert and escalate any issues that need attention
Product Research
- Research, analyze, and evaluate suppliers and competitors and their product categories/product range, in line with the company’s profit and sales targets as well as budget;
Product Upload
- Listing upload with copywriting using tools like Oberlo
- Handle add product process (both UPC matching and brand new listing creation), Inventory Flat File Uploads, Inventory Reports, creation of variation listings with Parent and Child relationships
- Extensive knowledge of Amazon's listing requirements and errors and how to correct them (Suppressed listings, incomplete listings, pricing errors, trademark issues, brand authorizations, etc)
Store Management
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to monitor the stores' performance
- Liaise with Manager, escalating and following up cases,
- Resolving listing and account issues
- Propose in deals & promotions opportunities
- Maintain and update product information for all marketplaces in Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon listing policies, guidelines, and terms of service, identify possible violations and prepare action plans with the Manager
- The ability to troubleshoot issues that arise, and communicate with Amazon Seller Support to find solutions as needed to ensure all products are listed correctly
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop aggressive marketing strategies including pricing, sponsored ads, daily deals, and promotions
To be successful in this role
- Customer-centric

- Willing to learn and pick up new skills
- Familiarity with Amazon-specific tools such as Helium 10, AMZ Scout etc.
- 1-3 years experience with Amazon product or account management
- Fluent English with excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven knowledge of competitor and market research, surveys, and data analytics
- Hands-on experience in maintaining products in Amazon, Shopify (and/or others)
- Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in GSuit (Drive, Docs, Sheets), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

- Knowledge in Photoshop or Photoshop equivalent with an eye for design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Well organized and can successfully multi-task multiple projects
- Experience with simple graphic design
