Our company provides remote support to small business owners worldwide who have Wordpress websites.

I need an additional team member who:

* Will be consistantly available and contactable during their contracted hours!
* Can communicate in good English with clients by email, IM and sometimes phone
* Knows WordPress inside-out and back-to-front
* Can see the bigger picture when it comes to Website design, and will help our clients get awesome finished sites, quickly
* Has top customer service skills - I don't need someone who just closes tickets, I need someone who forms a relationship with our clients.

Initial contract will be for 20 hours a week, with the possibility to move to full time if you impress me.
