I am looking to hire a full time virtual assistant to work as a full-time personal assistant directly under myself. I work in a number of businesses (Real Estate & Concrete) and am looking for someone who is a quick learner & responsible. I am looking for someone to work full-time (9AM - 6PM CST). You would work on all manners of tasks for me including spreadsheet organization, book keeping, scheduling, task organization & project management, reporting & various other administrative tasks that come up. You may need to do over the phone scheduling so good english skills are a must. Book keeping experience is also a requirement. I am looking for someone with at least 2 years Quickbooks experience.
For this role, a strong & stable Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like WhatsApp. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality.

Tracking Invoices
Keeping a Budget
Entering & Monitoring Income & Expense
Balance sheet creation and organization
Utility Organization & Bill pay
Tracking and Organizing Payroll
Property Management Bookkeeping and Billing in Appfolio - Possibly
Other administrative tasks when assigned
Requirements
At least 2 years experience using Quickbooks
At least 2 years experience in book keeping/ accounting
Familiarity with GoogleMeet for Screen sharing, RingCentral and WhatsApp
Experience with GoogleDrive and Dropbox
Excellent phone,
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Must be proactive and able to work exclusively for us
Available to work 9AM CST to 6PMt
