You handle the calls of the guests of our apartment hotels in Blackpool (United Kingdom) with an IP phone system. You must
• speak very good English
• have a calm and friendly voice
• provide proof that you have no criminal convictions
• be able to work with Microsoft Excel
• help organizing the cleaning team and make the weekly rota
• deal with guest complains and refunds
• have a fast and very stable internet connection
• have no power cuts or if so provide emergency power
• knowledge of Asana work management platform would be an advantage
