Hi! This is Celinne Da Costa! Celinne Da Costa Worldwide is a leading expert in storytelling and branding, our company offers premium coaching services and educational courses for entrepreneurs, service-based providers, and experts and I am currently looking for a Customer Support Representative.
This is a great fit for you if you:
- Are a wizard at organization – you’re naturally gifted at turning “messy” systems or processes into a streamlined, easy-to-follow process
- Have extensive experience with customer service and enjoy handling people’s concerns or requests in a compassionate, reasonable way that has them wanting to come back
- Have impeccable follow-up skills and a natural sense of urgency to resolve customer issues
- Have exceptional attention to detail – you always catch the type-o in a restaurant menu!
- View tracking metrics, data, and analytics to improve the customer experience as a crucial part of your job
- Are a self-starter who can work well both independently and with a team
- Are looking to do impactful work at a company that could be your long-term home
- Graphic design skills are not required, but are a huge plus!
- Can start immediately
- Can work from 8 am to 5 pm, Indonesia Central Time Zone (Bali, Indonesia, GMT+8)
- Have a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:
As a customer service-centric Virtual Assistant, you are responsible for executing daily on the various tasks required to make the business run successfully -- you take management’s ideas and direction and you make them happen on the backend, making sure that all projects are completed on time and with the utmost quality.
This includes taking excellent care of the company’s high-ticket clients, managing the company inbox to ensure that customers and inquiries are taken care of, working with our content manager to schedule social media, managing the CEO’s schedule to keep her in her zone of genius, creating weekly reports, and making sure that all products and services that the company offers are kept updated and running
