UI/UX designer

• Work closely with developers to build responsive user interfaces with an emphasis on usability and user experience
• Designing, Developing, and Testing UX for web and mobile applications
• Determine the structure and design of web pages
• Test and improve the website design
• Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Employ industry and design best practices through the website build process
• Ensure website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet
• Develop and maintain a set of reusable components
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use


Requirements:

• 10 years of Web designing experience required
• Excellent visual design skills
• Creative and open to new ideas
• Excellent communication skills
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• WordPress Magento and Shopify experience is highly preferred
• Must know Photoshop , XD , PSD to HTML, Bootstrap and Responsive
• Must know SCSS , LESS , Bootstrap, Responsive Css Frameworks
• Understanding of key HTML principles, W3C and ADA Standards
• Experience with build tools like Github preferred
• Always ready to learn new technologies

Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborates effectively with the development team and web/app developers during the creative process.
• Provides technical expertise and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on client ---------- municates with employees, web/app developers, and partner web/app developers, ensures technical solutions are properly architected and specified, and reviews all code for quality assurance purposes.
• In partnership with developers, helps maintain direction for our technology practice.
• Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements.
• Collaborates with project managers and other web/app developers to successfully manage client relationships.
• Turns design and user interface mockups into functional platforms.
