JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Stock and Inventory Specialist to oversee and perform all the purchasing inventory control units and manage supplies across all business ---------- requires active collaboration and excellent communication as it involves building a relationship with other suppliers and proactive negotiation to ensure that we get the best prices and sourcing for the ---------- is also imperative that when problems arise, problem-solving and analytical comers come into play while coordinating with entities to craft solutions as soon as required. By the end of business activities, this role will also be responsible for preparing and presenting reports to the management and Directors.

Primary Responsibilities:
Purchases supplies, materials, and parts required by the business on behalf of the company divisions
Daily monitoring of stocks and purchase information
Coordination and directing multiple teams on stock information and updates
Address and escalate supply issues, supplier-related challenges and obstacles
Forecasting future inventory requirements, cycle and repurchasing
Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies twice a year.
Assessing and improving flows of supplies through companies.
Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory ---------- municate with suppliers to resolve problems regarding delivery, quality, price, or conditions of sale.
Processing of purchases, both retail and wholesale
Develops and implements policies and procedures related to purchasing and inventory control to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow.
Maintains knowledge of trends, prices, buyers, and delivery conditions to anticipate future material availability
Develops and maintains inventory databases for supplies and materials used.
Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager/Directors

Requirements
At least two (2) years of related experience in the same capacity or higher
Proficiency in using Google sheets and other related programs and platforms
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with suppliers, colleagues and customers.
AN ADVANTAGE in having strong familiarity with concepts and implementation of inventory techniques, methods and reports PREFERRED to have prior experience in handling and/or managing inventory management with both manual and automated inventory application/practices
