Part-Time Posting
This job can be done full-time, part-time or even on a freelance per hour basis so I am making three postings. Fill out the one that fits best with your schedule and be as detailed as possible in your message if you are interested.
Are you a highly organized and productive person? If yes then please keep reading. I am looking for an assistant to support my Philippines-based team, their manager and myself.
Ideal candidate:
* Must be able to call all local businesses whether they have a cell phone or landline number. We can help with the cost on this but this is a requirement.
* Proficient with Excel spreadsheet’s/VBA and Google Sheets/Apps Script.
* Experienced with office productivity software like Microsoft word, Google docs and forms.
* Are you familiar with all of the different phillipines freelance and job posting boards? Have you ever hired other local workers on behalf at any of your clients/jobs?
* Do you have excellent time management skills? What, if any, productivity system(s) do you use? How do you keep yourself organized, track tasks and ensure that no task ends up incomplete?
* 100% fluent English speaker. We have to ensure there are no language barriers. Bilingual in English and Tagalog.
Very interested if you have experience in the following areas:
*Shipping and logistics.* Experience working with UPS, FedEx and DHL and other local logistics companies.
*Experience sourcing materials and price negotiation* have you ever had to source materials or supplies for any of your clients? Are you experienced shopping on Lazada and Shopee? Have you ever ordered supplies from China forwarded to the Philippines?
