JOB OVERVIEW

About the job:

Manage the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.

Respond to escalated customer support issues.

Implement customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Formulate and revise customer support policies and promote their ---------- rm the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.

Assess support statistics and prepare detailed reports on the findings.

Oversee and evaluate the customer support team's ongoing training ---------- liver performance evaluations and follow the disciplinary process according to company policy.

Manage the budget of the customer support department.

Build and manage customer loyalty & satisfaction programs.

Work with Growth Team to align support & products with brand & promo.

Identify opportunities for increasing customer LTV through upsells or recurring revenue.

About you:

Proficient in Google suite.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience working in a customer support position.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Multitasker and able to work quickly without sacrificing quality.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Excellent judgement, integrity and commitment to learning and accountability.
