Graphic designer - banner and web dev - html and css

Hey there,

Your monthly pay will be $1000 per month. Only apply if you feel you are competent for this post.

I need someone who is hard working and able to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate should:

- Have a good knowledge of english so that communication would not be a problem
- Have photoshop and know how to use it properly - You will have to create banners
- Be able to edit websites (Change Links/Change colours)- knowledge of HTML and CSS is required.
- Be willing to undergo training to learn tracking (This will be explained in detail later on, it will be taught to you )
- Be able to work on odd hours sometimes more than 10 hours a day
- Productivity is the key for this job post, thus the ideal candidate should be able meet my expectations.

The salary will be $1000 for permanent candidates. Until then you will be paid $400 per month (the first month).
