The Company is an internet based company we are hiring now for out marketplace/auction representative, A social media/blogger/SEO /marketing Representative and THIS, position which will manage and overlook every task of our virtual teams daily via Evernote, Office 365,Skype,Instant Message and email.You will need to be a very organized person as your main job to the owner/owners is to head up operations for online worldwide malls which includes easy to make like Weebly,Shopify, (those kind of sites) Also some Wordpress sites (4) with the owners as main sites that the other niche sites circle around individually as to make backlinks. CSV input for product pictures and excel for description of products and knowledge of a little bit of Ecommerce is required. Every store is based on drop-shipping which if you are not familiar then We have a training at your own pace which is very much the simplest part of the job,it just means basically keeping suppliers of different kinds of items for the stores organized and up to date numbers p/w u/n etc .Owners Are in USA, Orange County, California staff for this division is all from out of the country you will be set up with Evernote for instant messaging and reviewing staffs notes throughout the day and will need to have Skype on overtime you are online for work Evernote has instant messaging and notebooks instantly ready to review for Management and Owners as the Owner/Owners are on a different time zone they can review when anyone is not online and a lot of the time one of them gets on to review and instant message. You will set up a meeting for you and the team via Skype every night with the same owner same time same Skype ID every night, Sometimes all owners wan"t to have a monthly meeting.If you can handle this job and most importantly WANT a stable longterm job with plenty of pay raises based on the team you overlooks action"s and the outcome at the end of the month and your ability to grab the job if you are selected then please apply.This is a big commitment do not apply if you can't handle any of the above, or if you can"t handle the following.
1) Work 40+ hours a week and make sure the team is working 40 sometimes 40+ everyone on the team makes more money a month after the 2nd month if they hit the goal of doing every task given everyday by Owners.for the first month you starting salary will be $250.00 USD it is budgeted in that 60 days after start date your review of if job was done right will up it to $500.00 USD a month it is budgeted after 6 then 12 months for further raises.
