Baie Botanique is looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Manager to drive key marketing activities, ensuring that our products appear high for the most relevant keyword searches. The successful candidate will play a very pivotal role in the success and growth of the brand in a very competitive beauty market.


Responsibilities
In-depth and methodical keyword research - identifying important high, medium & low volume keywords to target and implementing a strategy to build rank for these
Campaign implementation - a hands-on approach to execution of keyword ranking strategies
Analysing past performance and identifying opportunities to push performance further
Providing summarised and detailed reporting of key performance metrics and driving actions off the back of this
Working proactively with the brand management team and being able to offer a wider perspective on product strategy
Identifying market trends, driving the use of new features and tactics, and being up-to-date on what's happening within the industry
Setting up a scalable campaign structure that allows for profitable growth
Working with selected tools to analyse keywords, search volumes, key performance metrics


About you
You should have proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns, with a track record of driving profitable growth. A strong understanding of the cause and effect of your actions is crucial
You will have experience managing marketing campaigns for a wide range of products on Amazon across multiple markets, with knowledge on non-PPC growth drivers
You should be able to analyse and present performance data in a clear and concise manner, whilst still being able to drill into a high level of detail where necessary
You will have experience using technologies and automation tools to help manage activity, but also be able to demonstrate a good understanding of how these function
You will be highly numerate and able to make informed, data driven decisions. Excellent attention to detail is essential
You will have a strong ability of leveraging data to communicate your points to management
