JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

As a virtual assistant for our business, you will largely be responsible to assist with the following tasks: Social Media Coordination and moderating on social media platforms and groups and assisting with daily administrative tasks directly for the CEO.

Responsabilities will include:

- Email and document management
- Manage the CEO’s calendar (including scheduling meetings)
- Creation of proposals and other client documentation
- Management of various back-end software systems (training included)
- Manage weekly content and posts on social media accounts

The successful candidate will be eager to learn, but should also be a self-starter and capable of problem-solving. They will be invested in the financial success of the company, and are willing to take on additional tasks over time. The candidate shall speak and write near-perfect English and must be comfortable with video-based meetings.

Position Requirements:

- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or related role
- Strong working knowledge of G Suite (specifically google docs and sheets)
- Experience with online meeting software like zoom or teams and messaging platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Proficient with online calendars and scheduling (like Calendly and Google Calendar)
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
- Social media content management
-Experience with Kajabi and Notion is considered an asset but not required

The candidate will be available for 40 hours a week with most working hours falling between 8am-4pm MST on a full-time working basis. This position will come with paid time off (PTO), general holiday pay, and health benefits after a probationary period. Bonuses may be paid based on company and employee performance. They can expect full training, regular communication with the ownership team, and support in their role. Additionally, there will be opportunities for advancement within a small, but quickly growing company.
