Wordpress expert

I have an existing wordpress website using Vantage theme. There are only some images on there now. I want someone that knows how to use wordpress to put the copy/text I want on my site along with 2 pictures. I need a home page plus 2 other pages the user can click to plus a contact form. You can change the theme if that makes your job easier. I have all the text/copy, pics and a mock up of how I want the site to look ready to go.
