Responsible for creating a connection with new patient opportunities, guiding people through the new patient journey, client management, client communication, and client retention

Able to respond quickly to lead inquiries and juggle multiple conversations at a time

Able to follow up consistently with new lead inquiries

Put potential patients at ease, diffuse their objections / concerns and enroll them into appointments
Answer all questions in a timely manner
See things through to completion (callbacks, etc.)
Set proper expectations for patients + follow-through
Keep accurate records of interactions with prospective patients
Update CRM program in real-time
