Responsible for creating a connection with new patient opportunities, guiding people through the new patient journey, client management, client communication, and client retention
Building strong relationships with potential patients
Having a great attitude
Creative input to enhance the operation towards continual excellence
Jump into the fire every day and move the needle forward

Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)

Take initiative with everything, every day!
Able to respond quickly to lead inquiries and juggle multiple conversations at a time
Ability to speak clearly and concisely
Able to be empathetic when people call in to build a connection
Extreme attention to detail
Superb communicator
Able to follow up consistently with new lead inquiries
Ability to work independently

Results (Expected Accomplishments)

Put potential patients at ease, diffuse their objections / concerns and enroll them into appointments
Answer all questions in a timely manner
See things through to completion (callbacks, etc.)
Set proper expectations for patients + follow-through
Keep accurate records of interactions with prospective patients
Update CRM program in real-time
