Looking for young and enthusiastic individuals who are willing to work at least 6 hours a day for 6 days a week. You are required to have genuine conversations with other people across multiple Upgrade to see actual info accounts sending messages to get noticed and help build and drive a community. You need to be as active as possible as the amount of messages you send is key to getting a whitelist but they have to be genuine. There is a strong emphasis upon you putting out strong positive social contributions in order to become noticed and whitelisted.

I will highlight different tasks across different servers as requirements may vary. These projects mainly focus on being handpicked. You will have to participate in quizzes, games, and fan arts. Twitch streams, Upgrade to see actual info submissions and other community events. Your goal is to become noticed and make friends with moderators and founders. You will need to be helpful, understand the community and help other new people.

Qualifications:
- Young and outgoing virtual assistants who can be active in chats and voice calls.
- You need to be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest.
- Need to understand how to make good social interactions and have genuine conversations (talking can be literally anything from life, anime, gaming, movies, tv shows, nature, mental health, parents, sports, life experiences, news, hobbies, crypto, NFT's literally anything as long as they are genuine)
- Good English and communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- You will be required to join voice chats, riddles, quizzes, community games (basically just have fun, enjoy yourself)

Experience with Upgrade to see actual info is preferred and ideally enjoy talking to people for hours and being apart of online communities
The ability to multitask (you may focus on multiple accounts across 2-3 servers)

There will be a payout rate of:
20,000 Php/mo + $100 bonus per whitelist achieved
