Homebased eCommerce Assistant

Our team is looking for an experienced VA to help manage an ecommerce site.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company started in 2009 in Brisbane, Australia and is rapidly growing its eCommerce operation selling 4WD accessories.

YOUR ROLE
The breadth of your role covers the following responsibilities:
1. Email management and general VA duties to assist the founder
2. Entering supplier invoices into ERP system
3. Order management assistance
4. Site content creation and product listings.
5. Product listing maintenance
6. Implement product cross-sell and upsell features to increase basket size and AOV
7. Support SEO and email marketing activities
8. Produce blog content
9. Image editing
10. Social media management

REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must have a laptop, a smartphone; and
• Fiber Internet Connection.

We would also like people to apply who have the following skills:
• Works well with Excel spreadsheets
• Have good computer skills
• Excellent grasp of written English and grammar
• Understanding of Google tools such as Analytics, Ads, Shopping, Search etc
• Good understanding of HTML and stylesheets to deliver quality content.
• Ability to work autonomously and undertake research independently
• Accurate worker, able to follow instructions
• Experience in ecommerce listings
• Experience working with Magento (desirable)
• Fast learner and have the ability to meet deadlines and work quotas.

BENEFITS
• 13th-month pay paid pro-rata if not a full year
• Other bonuses - this is subject to performance evaluation after 6 months

SALARY
• The starting offer is Php 30,000 but this is NEGOTIABLE - depending on experience

WORKING HOURS
• Mondays to Fridays – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila (9:00 AM to 5:00 AM GMT+10)
