Wedding company in Texas (working hours: 9am-5pm CENTRAL) looking for a virtual wedding coordinator to handle bride-to-be's and the freelance photographers + videographers we assign to their weddings. You should have experience in our American style of over-the-top friendly customer service and be comfortable taking initiative to make sure to tackle issues before they arise.
You should have stable internet and/or a backup. You should be ok with logging in to put fires over the weekend IF NEEDED, paid of course. Although we schedule our phone calls out, you should be able to make a quiet space for phone calls or even the occasional video chat as they come up. Roosters in the background tend to scare our clients a bit.
Requirements:
-Proven customer service skills. You should be anticipating any issues and addressing them before they happen. Don't wait for the issues to pile up.
-C1 or better English. Although 95% of our communication is done via text message and
-Some level of project management software. I'm not happy with our current software setup so you should be flexible to learning something new if needed.
-Ability to manage both clients and contractors. Keep everyone happy while keeping the owner happy. Easy right?
-Must be able to identify + prevent a potential crisis before it gets bad
-Experience "managing" freelancers/vendors is a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
-Working with our freelancers (photographers & videographers) - making sure they are staying in communication with their assigned clients.
-Verification of invoices - payments to freelancers.
-Creation of simple reports in Excel/Sheets.
-Scheduling of photographers and videographers to weddings.
-Send weekly reminders to photographers / videographers of your upcoming weddings.
-QA check + sending final photos / videos to clients.
-Reply with a color in the subject for serious consideration.
-Above request is real. Attention to detail is important.
-Customer service by
-Recruit new photographers / videographers using our systems - as needed.
-Virtual assistant to the owner when time permits.
-Ability to learn/use new software - social media management, quickbooks, etc.
Bonus - not a "must" but I'll certainly be interested.

We are an up and coming Wedding Photographer & Videographer agency in Texas and are currently looking to expand domestically and perhaps one day even internationally as well. Our system comes with lots of training material covering everything wedding coordinator related as well as supplemental docs and software training as well. Pay:
$200 USD / week / 40 hours paid every monday (through Wise)
PLUS Bonuses ($10 to $25 bonuses for each positive review)
