IT Recruiter

Looking to a virtual assist to help with IT recruitment. Looking for a talent hunter, who is able to proactively use LinkedIn and Seek to identify and solicit experienced candidates, eligible to work in Australia, especially in main cities like Sydney.

The daily responsibility will include the following, but not limited to;

• Use LinkedIn to search for potential candidates for key IT roles such as Business Analysts, BI and Data Specialists, and Full-stack developers, and other IT roles with experiences in Australian Banking and Australian State Govts, or large Australian publically listed companies.

• Initiate screening call to identify a job or market fit, screen the technical competency, and most importantly, understand the full-working rights and the VISA situation.

• Make cold calls to candidates for screening.

• Develop and maintain a talent pool of suitable candidates and proactively contact them when suitable roles become available.


Key Skills Required

• At least 1 year of recruiting IT roles, such as Business Analysts, BI and Data Specialists, and Full-stack developers
• Familiar in working with IT candidates especially from India
• Good understanding of the Australian Visa such as VISA 485, and sponsorship requirements such as 482, 186, 407; And also 189 / 190 / 491 Visa
