About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and analytical SEO Specialist to manage and optimize websites for multiple small business clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that generate leads, improve rankings, and drive sustainable growth.
This position is ideal for someone who has a proven track record in SEO, enjoys working with data, and knows how to balance performance goals with budget constraints. You should be comfortable owning results, making strategic recommendations, and continuously refining your approach based on performance data.

Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize SEO strategies across multiple client websites
• Monitor and maintain daily and monthly SEO activities, budgets, and lead flow
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements
• Create and optimize meta descriptions, title tags, alt tags, headings, and internal linking structures
• Analyze website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and other reporting tools
• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and lead quality, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide clear strategic recommendations, planning, and forecasting of projected performance aligned with business goals
• Identify issues, troubleshoot performance drops, and implement data-backed solutions
• Communicate results, insights, and next steps clearly to internal teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience working with local SEO and service-based businesses
• Familiarity with lead generation strategies beyond SEO
• Experience collaborating with marketing or web development teams
