The Queen of Ops team is seeking a full-time Recruiter to fuel the continued success of our recruitment agency serving online businesses. This position reports directly to the Recruiting Operations Manager and will work alongside our Recruitment Project Managers and a team of Recruiters.
On a typical day, the Recruiter will source candidates using a variety of sourcing strategies, review applicants, pre-screen candidates, and maintain the candidate database. You will collaborate daily with the Recruiting team on all ongoing searches, report on your current searches, and present out-of-the-box ideas to attract top talent to our niche roles.
This is a learning position, so we are looking to bring someone onto the team who is curious and passionate about their work. The right candidate is one who is eager to grow and contribute, someone who doesn’t shy away from challenges and loves finding a better way of doing things. The person in this role must be comfortable with change and ambiguity, seeing these as opportunities for growth rather than barriers to achievement.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Advertise current openings on job boards and other proven or strategic online sources
- Monitor applicants and qualify candidates on an ongoing basis
- Monitor all job postings and make adjustments to the marketing strategy as needed
- Headhunt A-Players and get them excited to interview with The Queen of Ops by demonstrating our culture
Interviewing:
- Put in place practices that will quickly and accurately assess a candidate’s “fit” for our company
- Engage candidates in our hiring process by being an excellent model of our culture
Reporting:
- Work closely with our Recruitment Manager to relay all hiring-related information
- Provide written and verbal reports to the team as needed
Team:
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the recruitment process
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to maintain a pulse on business needs and prepare for hiring needs
Must Have:
- Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as an internal recruiter
- Familiarity with HR databases and ATS
- Hands-on experience with candidate interviewing
- Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
