Junior Creative Designer

We are seeking a self-motivated and creative individual with outstanding graphic design skills to join our team. Your role will be to support all graphic and social media project efforts to increase productivity and client experience for The Pajama Creatives Studio.

The ideal candidate has good time management skills, natural problem solver and has experience in graphic design, website design, social media, and pays high attention to detail. You will be wearing many hats and being adaptive is a must!

This is a full time remote position and having your own laptop, secure internet connection and applications such as Adobe, figma and canva is a must.

Responsibilities:
Closely work with the lead designer in executing branding collaterals such as: Mock ups, brandboard, brand guidelines, marketing materials, PDFs, etc.
Assist the lead designer with building of landing pages and websites
Ability to produce on-trend launch campaigns and creative assets to a high standard.
Strong knowledge of what’s happening and trending in the digital world.
Open to the idea of learning certain design and web platforms and applications
Must have knowledge using design applications like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD or Figma, Canva, etc.

Requirements:
1-2 year work experience as a graphic designer preferred. Fresh graduates with design experience are encouraged to apply.
Willing to be trained
Proficiency with web designing tools like xd or figma,
Knowledge with kajabi or showit is a plus.
Proficiency with graphic design, video and photo editing tools, and digital media formats
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the graphic design space
Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills to communicate with the team and clients.
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Familiar with the education and coaching industry
