Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager for an Australian Company

Yaran Property Group (Yaran) is a property development and investment company established in 1996. To date the company has completed over 1100 dwellings across 60+ projects in Western Australia focusing on affordable housing, and housing for those with a disability. The company currently owns 180 completed dwellings with a further 136 under construction and a pipeline of a further 500 dwellings scheduled to start construction in the next 12 months.

The mission of Yaran is “to be a blessing to others through housing which is affordable, fit-for-purpose, and environmentally conscious”.

Yaran has a very active and successful sales campaign targeting both investors and owner occupiers. Sales are achieved through direct sales by Yaran, and through third party channels.

Job Description

The successful applicant with be assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager in both direct sales and channel sales, as described below:

Marketing:

Manage all aspects of marketing at Yaran including:

Online advertisements such as ----------


Email outs to client data base

Social media posts

Signage

Sales launches and functions

Webinars:

Manage the entire process of Yaran’s investment webinars including:

Marketing

Registrations

Confirmations of attendance

IT matters related to staging webinars

Follow ups with clients

Scheduling appointments with external finance broker and Yaran Sales and Marketing Manager

Administration:

Sales and marketing administration including:

Expressions of interest

Sale contracts

Answering queries from clients

Electronic filing

Invoice payment processing

CRM management

Update Yaran’s Status of Stocklist online document for recent sales or settlements

Sales statistics and weekly update of Performance Measures

Sales Settlements and liaison with settlement agent, buyer, and selling ---------- annel Sales:

Support external channel sales as required

Ensure stock lists and pricelists are correctly updated

Receive and send out EOI’s and sale contracts using DocuSign

Maintain an excellent working relationship with external sales associates and provide exceptional support service



Successful Applicant

The successful applicant with have the following attributes:

Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated self-starter, passionate about sales and marketing;

Highly intelligent, logical thinker and well organised;

Excellent people skills with ability to communicate in a very friendly and helpful manner with clients, external marketers and the Yaran Team;

Excellent computer skills and able to stage webinars independently

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Property or related fields is a requirement. Recent graduates will also be considered for this position.

Salary is from 30,000 PHP per month (40 hours per week; 9am to 5.30pm Western Australia time). The salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
