Responsibilities:
Managing Social Media accounts for Scala Asia-Pacific across multiple APAC countries; focusing on Linkedin,
Responsible for desiging and development of a comprehensive digital communications and social media strategy, incorporating multiple social media platforms across APAC countries.
Ideate & execute country-specific brand awareness & demand generation campaigns across multiple countries (eg: India, Japan, Australia, Singapore) and track their success.
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically to identify and resolve problems.
Drive consistent & relevant traffic from social network presence.
Oversee day-to-day implementation, operations and identify competition Social Media pages.
Content:
Create and schedule posts on LI, IG & FB.
Collaborate with marketing colleagues from across Asia-Pacific for the Regions’s content marketing strategy.
Work with design team to create content relevant for different countries across Asia Pacific.
Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
Engagement:
Identify and connect with/follow key social influencers who have relevant networks for our target audiences.
Execute engagement tactics to deliver a target number of reshares of key content.
Identify and advise on highly shared audience related content topics using social media analytics tools.
Tracking & Reporting:
Use event and ROI tracking and provide fortnightly reporting on clicks, shares and conversions.
Report weekly on the most effective content, channel and approach and focus further budget accordingly.
To manage and report on paid social, aimed at improving performance and value for money.
Core competencies:
Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience.
Background in B2B social and content
Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment.
Possess strong communication (both verbal and written) & interpersonal skills.
Team player with an outgoing personality.
Knowledge in Social Media analytics, booster & lead generation campaigns.
