We are looking for a Recruitment Professional to help us with the ff:
• Partner with business leaders to identify current and future hiring needs
• Own end-to-end hiring process, including advising managers on writing job descriptions, interviewing and evaluating diverse candidates, and closing candidates
• Proactively own sourcing strategies and determine best channels for attracting talent
• Communicate frequently on progress and dependencies to build recruiting visibility
• Keep track of and analyze talent goals and metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, retention rates)
• Help build employer and workplace brand
Required Background:
• Proven recruiting results in the high-growth company or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and independent, with a strong bias for action
• Curious, organized and structured in learning new relevant areas for talent growth
• Previous experience sourcing engineers who work with modern tech stacks
• Strong sense of purpose, urgency, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Perseveres in a fast-paced environment with potentially changing business parameters
• Familiarity with common HR tools (e.g. Lever, Hired, TripleByte, LinkedIn, OptionDriver…)
