Hiring Specialist

The Hiring Specialist ensures the company's workforce needs are fulfilled with the optimal skillsets. They will take care of all hiring from position opening to closing hires and manage the hiring platforms designated by the HR department.
Also, they will track candidate pipeline, drive optimizations, and maintain speed/quality balance.
This person needs to have a deep understanding, knowledge, and experience in hiring.
This role falls under our human resources department, and the contract will be for 6 months, with a renewal opportunity in the future.
