Crypto Gamefi Guild Community Manager

M3TA Inc.
We are a blockchain and cryptocurrency company operating in the NFT (Non-fungible token) and gaming space. We are looking for a passionate candidate who can help drive our community through different mediums such as ---------- , Twitter, Telegram, Facebook and more channels. The social media and community manager will help us to be the first line for our M3TA members to interact and communicate with the team. As we grow out the ---------- members, we are looking to promote from within and select a “Head of Social and Community” as part of our growth.


Responsibilities
Help and motivate players and guild members to grow with M3TA
Moderate content on different platforms: ---------- , Telegram, Facebook, Twitter. Remove and filter bad or low quality content
Identify other strong key members within our community that can help to join the community team c
Act as a spokesperson for the company, representing M3TA and setting good examples and guidelines for community members
Collaborate and work with our marketing lead and brand team to deliver great content to community members
Communicate community feedback with the team
Brainstorm ideas for growing and managing the community and helping us to stand out from other communities or projects
Collaborate with other projects or communities in giveaways and growth hacks
Initiate, organize , and coordinate events for fans, guild members, and followers

Requirements
Community management experience in any of the popular social channels, with heavy preference for ----------
Experience in social web outreach
Speak English at a conversational level, with higher focus on writing / reading
Outstanding communication skills, including solid verbal and written
Possess a positive attitude with the ability and willingness to work under pressure.
Crypto /blockchain knowledge is preferred but by no means ---------- is entirely possible to thrive and succeed in this position with no previous experience in the area.
