• Job Purpose / Objectives
• To provide design solutions for the company that meets customer specification and requirement, accurately on time and within cost budget
• Specific Responsibilities
• The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative but not exhaustive of the role. There may be some variation and/or development of these duties and responsibilities without changing the general nature of the post:
• Main Duties
• High creativity in design and stay up to date with current trends in interior design.
• Experience working as a design drafter or draughtsman to support the role.
• Have good understanding with current material and/or fabrication methodology.
• Develop solutions to client and plan with responsibility for preparing presentation and design drawing in both 2D and 3D illustration for both internal and external client
• Proficient in 3D Max and photoshop a must.
• Knowledge in graphics design a plus
• Responsible in project design and development activities based on customer requirements. Develop design documentation, technical specification and other project related documents as needed.
• Coordinates all trades and agencies related to building design while monitoring drawings.
• Work with the company project managers to ensure design output is provided meeting the requirements.
• Possess technical know-how for practical scheduling to the proposed design in rational stages
• Experience in handling site supervision/progress observation with existing team/suppliers/vendors/contractors ensuring quality work and performance.
• Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk 3ds max
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
