Sales Assistant

Prophecy Products LLC, is a small, vegan skincare business founded in 2018 by Dei’Prophet and based in Atlanta. Our team is looking to grown exponentially and will need the help of talented individuals to help implement and execute processes. To excel in our Virtual Assistant???Emails—Customer Service—Cold Calling role you will need to be able to complete the following tasks:

Customer Service
-Manage customer relationships via PipeDrive (enter new customer names, numbers, emails and logging new sales/deals, place different customers into different pipes based on their sales stage)
- Cold call new and established customers and log new customers information/update current customer info into PipeDrive
-Send transactional emails via Pipedrive to gather data about past purchases and make new sales
-Record your tasks for the day

B2B
-Cold Calling Retail and Small Business owners in the Atlanta, GA area to set up meetings
-Promote wholesale items to buyers and other beauty brand owners locally and globally
-Research, cold email, cold call and log each interaction into Pipedrive


Facebook
- Execute Facebook and Facebook Business Marketing
-Utilize personal Facebook page to get new leads and deals for the business
-Utilize Facebook Business page to update followers with news and events as well as new product offerings and content from IG and other mediums

LinkedIn
-Executed LinkedIn Marketing
-Update posts, respond to messages and engage with current followers
-Seek potential customers
-Seek potential B2B clients/retail partners
