Cold Caller Position (Interview)


We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to just fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to joining a new cutting edge Real Estate Investment Firm.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position or the company. The position will start at 20-30 hours per week and gradually increase to 40-45 hours per week over a 30 day period as we train you. All possibilities for raises in pay are based upon work performance. Starting pay is $4/hour

This posting is for an interview. We will be selecting 3 - 5 candidates to interview. After seeing your work, we'll choose who to bring on to the team. Strong English grammar is the only "requirement" for this position (we can train you on everything else).



Position Overview
Cold Caller Position: We will be providing you with lists to call often, and your role will be to call property owners asking them if they’re interested in selling their property for a cash offer. You will then filter the people who say they are interested and not interested by using a software that I will provide to make it easy to seperate the 2. The owners who say they are interested in hearing an offer, you will then proceed to get their property information about the condition. Once the information is submitted for that caller “Lead” (inside a webform that will be provided), it is my job to do the rest with that lead by making them a cash offer. You will be given a script to read from. After saying the script over periods of time you will start to get the hang of it and remember what to say without looking at the script. So don’t worry it will get easier!
