JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

We are Renew Actives and we are looking for a Social Media Manager whose main goal is to increase brand awareness, engage customers on Facebook and drive ---------- sales.

Responsibilities:

•Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand, grow our followers and engage audience on Facebook
•Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s Facebook account
•Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
•Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
•Create an A-Z Social media strategy - Plan, Audience building, Messaging, asset creation, and design, Competitors research, content strategy, Account Review & Goal Setting
•From our business page, be an active poster and influencer for our brand utilizing our marketing material to create impelling posts that will help drive sales
•Reply to all comments, likes, and direct messages that are posted on Facebook page
•Integrate the Facebook page and posts to our Shopify account


Requirements:

•At least 3 years experience in Social Media management including a proven track record of increasing followers on Facebook and engaging customers
•A deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, constantly tracking the industry and competitor trends.
•A proactive, hands-on  ---------- itiate conversations about ways for the client to improve and deliver above industry benchmark result
•Strong presentation and knowledge sharing skills (we do not have experience in social media management and we expect the selected candidate to create and execute and be able to explain all his/her strategies)
•Expertise in health and fitness in Canada and US markets is a big plus
•Must have a portfolio of clients and projects (with results) that you can show during the interview
