Finance Assistant

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team and support our growing finance department at Right Hook Digital.
Who we are:
Put simply, Right Hook is a growth marketing agency -- we work with eCommerce/DTC brands to drive their ---------- 2017, we started out as a Facebook ad agency with a team of 4; and now we’re a global team of 80+ managing millions in marketing budget across multi-channel strategies: paid social (FB, Snapchat, TikTok & Pinterest), paid search + YouTube, visual creative, email marketing, CRO and we’re even developing our own nerdy analytics & attribution measurement tools.

We’re looking for someone who...
Has a background in both accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, demonstrated through 2+ years experience
Competent using xero accounting software
Strong attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic tea ---------- mber

This role will entail:
Time tracking and leave management
Managing our accounts email inbox
End to end payroll across Australia
Calculating and processing staff bonus/commission and referral payments
Processing all Accounts Payable
Calculating/creating/sending client invoices
Managing overdue Accounts receivable
Forecasting and financial reporting
Assisting Finance Manager and/or bookkeeper when required
Ad-hoc general finance and HR admin assistance when required
