Data Analyst

We require the following:

They will design, build and deploy reports and dashboards in PowerBi, Integrating from our current 2 SQL database


The successful applicant is required to design, develop, implement and maintain a cloud-based solution, a range of visual dashboards and interactive reporting tools. You will be tasked with handling, improving and developing the data products, and data visualization with Project Manager.

You will be creating new data visualisations and adding new types of data as well as assuring the continued success of the database and reporting platforms whilst providing actionable data insights for the business across multiple requirements. Altering reports to suit new or changing requirements.


Other tasks:
• Build the entire new system from our current SQL database to suit business requirement
• Update or create data migration systems
• Create queries and search functions
• Build secure system for cloud access for the customers
• Integrating data collection and provide reporting
• Implement strategy for analytics
• Making sure delivery is of the finest quality
• Make continuous improvements and innovation initiative updates based on new data or needs


Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of SQL is essential
• Strong experience with Power BI software is essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Management
• Solid experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization and design – reports, dashboard and graphs must look appealing
• Experience with data analysis and development
• Experience building dashboards, reporting and search functions in Power BI and SQL
• Ability to quickly stage & shape data from data sources into reporting and analytics solutions
• Deep understanding of database fundamentals, including relational database design, multidimensional database design
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work independently whilst multitasking across a range of data & reporting issues
