Store Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-With the extensive experience in retail/fast food operation
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Willing to be assigned in Eastwood Mall
-Applicant residing in east area is at advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Training new store staff
-Managing store staff's work schedules
-Conducting regular inspections of the kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
-Overseeing drink preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
-Checking in on dining customers to enquire about beverage quality and service.
-Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all beverage supplies and other store essentials are adequately stocked.
-Monitoring the store’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
-Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
-Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
