We are looking for a strong candidate for the role of Client On-Boarding & KYC Administrator
/ Account Manager who will provide an efficient and effective service to our users and service
providers in opening their new marketplace accounts and managing their existing accounts.
Equally important to the responsibilities of this role, the candidate will administer our Know-your customer (KYC) policy and procedure for new client intake to ensure compliance with our
company standards. The candidate is someone who has previously worked in a Client OnBoarding and Account Manager function (and preferably in eCommerce or financial services
spaces) and is able to simultaneously manage numerous time-sensitive client on-boarding
engagements and ongoing account management duties.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker, who has an entrepreneurial attitude and a customer service
aptitude. The individual will need to be persuasive, organized, and possess strong and proven
communication
functional areas of the company, and influence without authority. The successful candidate will
thrive off waking up daily and determining how to achieve their goals.
This is your opportunity to:
• Be responsible for the on-boarding and ongoing account management of users and
services providers on the marketplace (i.e. customer lifecycle management)
• Possess an understanding that buying decisions in B2B sales are made differently than in
a consumer sales, and that our users are acquiring solutions that will produce valuable
outcomes for their businesses
• The role may include build and maintenance of workflows used for reporting and workload
management
• You will also be involved in the testing of workflows to meet changes in regulatory rules
• Diligently review new user and service provider information submitted via the company’s
online intake system
• Assist with identification of possible conflicts
• Verify that our Agreement Terms are in place with all clients
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Conduct online investigation of prospective clients using online databases, business
intelligence databases (D&B, Hoovers), Government Watch Lists (World-Check) and the
public domain searches (Google etc.) to facilitate the identification of high risk and
negative findings, which must be communicated to Senior Management and the Risk and
Compliance team
• Make sound and educated decisions regarding the existence and validity of possible
conflicts of interest and clearance of identified conflicts of interest through liaison with
Senior Management and other tea
• Where applicable, ensure exceptions to standard Terms have been approved by Senior
Management, are tracked and recorded accordingly
• Confirm that all client information in the company’s central records is accurate
• Engage and collaborate with tea
recommendations regarding best practices, continuous improvement, departmental
processes, policies, and procedures
• Provide support and assistance on important team projects and initiatives, when required
• Accurately resolve user customer questions with a high level of professionalism
• Possess leadership skills that build users and service providers relationships and assist
in developing their solutions
• Follow up with users and service providers to ensure a high satisfaction rate and expand
sales opportunities by passing new opportunities to the Telesales team
• Assist users with any issues that may arise with their on-boarding and account (i.e.
technical or billing issues)
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with users within the healthcare industry
• Meeting key performance indicators
• Provide guidance to Senior Leadership in meeting professional responsibility obligations
• Other job tasks as required
You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:
• Proven experience working as an Account Manager/On-Boarding Specialist
• 1 year of Account Manager experience preferably required
• Proficient understanding of eCommerce technology solutions and knowledge of the core
solutions used every day in a business
• The candidate should be target oriented, self-driven, and have strong personality skills
• Proven track record of successful customer service over phone, chat, and

Bonus: Previous experience investigating and analyzing end-user requirements to prepare
detailed functional requirements that can be used by website designers and software developers
to enhance the company’s KYC and client onboarding system
