Amazon Account Manager | Amazon Account Coordinator

WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a focused, driven Amazon Account Coordinator with 1-5 years of experience in Amazon, eCommerce, or a related field.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure smooth communication between the client and company
- Responding to clients through email communications
- Providing updates on pending cases to the client
- Processing and follow up on any cases sent to Amazon Support
- Does follow-up/request with the Design/Writing /PPC team for all tasks submitted to ensure we meet the deadline.
- Extracting backend keywords from PPC campaigns and from performing keyword research
- Seller Central backend task - listing updates, A+ Content Updates, Store Updates, dealing with suppressed listings, drafting POA, creating shipment plan

WORK HOURS:
Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 8 am-4 pm EST, 40 hours a week.
