Customer Service VA

We are looking for someone that has experience with customer service, primarily getting customers updates on their orders.

Must be able to handle lots of emails per day
Must be organized
Must have great communication skills
Must be able to call vendors for status/order updates
Must work during US PST hours

Long term role, you'll be joining our customer support team
