Virtual Assistant

Alter New Media is a full service global marketing and PR agency serving clients across multiple industries. We are seeking a general virtual assistant who will be responsible for:

-Scheduling out all clients' content on Buffer
-Graphic creation, where needed
-Manual posting on Instagram, where needed
-Account syncing and troubleshooting
-Market Research
-Lead generation and spreadsheets
-Instagram engagement activities when needed
-email newsletters
-support with landing page setup as needed

Must be experienced with the following:
Klavyio
Mailchimp
Canva
Buffer
ActiveCampaign
Google Sheets
Google Docs
Asana
Instagram marketing
Graphic design
