JOB OVERVIEW

Assist executives and coaches as a key administrative assistant for a growing US company. Many different assignments: solve new problems, help customers, manage clients, do client support, assist with sales, marketing, blogging, forum, writing new training materials, social media marketing. We will train you on new skills. Requires: Excellent spoken and written English, fast learner, fast Internet connection, excellent time management and organization skills, comfortable with computers and technology. Prefer: Team leader experience, customer support experience, Quickbooks, bookkeeping and accounting knowledge, social media experience (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, video, blogging, others), online marketing and sales, seminar presentation experience, mentoring and coaching, teaching, enjoys teaching others. Helpful: Photoshop or GIMP, graphic imaging, graphic arts, any HTML and PHP or other programing experience, even if skills are not current. (NOT ALL SKILLS LISTED BELOW ARE REQUIRED.)
