Outbound Cold Caller for Real estate

Position Outbound calls

Hello, I am looking for an Outbound caller that has a history in real estate and sales. Additional training will be provided.

Cold calling
Call and qualify lead
Schedule appointments
Find Motivation in sellers
Manage SMS Campaign
Quality control
Follow up on previous leads
Data Entry


Requirements
$3-$6 Per hour based on experience *Incentive based bonuses
Must be available 8am-12pm eastern standard

Call center and sales experience is required , there will be a quota that will need to be met for outbound calls made and appointments scheduled. Pay will be weekly.Must be fluent in the English language. You will be using Google voice, call rail, Podio, Mojo dialer , other systems related to real estate wholesale. full-time assistant with leadership potential because the company is expanding.
