I am looking for a virtual assistant for full-time work. Pay $250-400 USD per month for full-time work, 35 hours per week. Guaranteed work for at least 4-6 months if accepted through trial. Hours are flexible, but must have some overlap during 9am to 6pm CT time Monday to Saturday.

Must work a minimum of 15 minutes per day but must work a total of 35 hours per week. Must *NOT* have a second job. I am hoping to keep the employee on indefinitely for 1-2 years. Increase in pay after 1 year at the latest.

I am very focused on moving fast and efficiently. I am looking for someone who learns quickly with minimal direction. They must take a lot of action and continually work to improve themselves. And having great written and spoken english is important.

Most of what you will be doing is watching a video tutorial then solving problems related to what you watched or learned.

My name is Evan. My team & I run a business in the cryptocurrency space where I help myself and others grow passive income with cryptocurrency so they don't have to work anymore.
We do this by finding & promoting the fastest and best passive income opportunities in the decentralized finance space (DeFi) space to help people make more money by investing in DeFi yield farming/staking. The goal of my YouTube channel is to get 1,000 people to making $50 a day in passive income.

YouTube video posting & channel management
Simple video editing
Basic graphic design - Primarily Canva
Answering YouTube comments or delegating them to me
Social media posting and management
Market research
Tasks related to managing or helping to create a blog, discord and Patreon (still haven’t been created yet)

Must use Google Chrome web browser
Must have experience using Google Drive
Must be able to understand English in audio and written form
Must have good written English - good writing and grammar skills
Must have stable internet and good computer to handle multitasking
