Review and communicate all requests from potential influencers that approach us.
Proactively approach clients that have posted great content tagging as
Research for new relevant influencers

Communicate and coordinate:
Be in charge on all communication with he influencers, start to end, from ’‘collab” to receiving all continent.
Update the team of the influencers order
Followup with the influencers, checking the status of posts, etc.
Request all contents to be sent also via email.
Build and maintain great relationships with influencers
Offer additional cooperation's for best influencers.

Track performance:

Work with a detailed influencers status excel sheet that you update at all time
Provide detailed monthly reports on influencers efforts (how many were approached, how many were sent a package, number of posts, videos, etc)
