SEO reports ans maintenance

In need of someone to do SEO audits that include
Domain age, overal score, domain and page authority, caching, backlink analysis, incoming link status, meta tag status, audit of page titles, headings, duplicate content, 301 redirection, robots.txt , xml sitemap, website useability, 404 error page, ssl secure, broken links, google indexed pages, mobile friendly, page load time, image attributes, social media presence, google analytics availability. This should all be included in a report template that I send to you. I will also need to know if I do get the client, if you can maintenance every month and hours total per account each month
