Internet Sales / Customer Service

Stay up to date with BDC representatives, processes and tasks
Seamlessly transfer appointments to sales department
Work closely with Department Manager to reach individual department goals
Monitoring and contacting internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer and third party sites
Maximize inbound phone, web and showroom traffic streams
Setting and confirming appointments, following up with show and no show appointments
Assist in resolving customer complaints
Attends Sales, Service and Management meetings
You will be provided a salary based on your experience. You will also receive an aggressive pay plan totaling your efforts for the month.

Experience in sales or customer service is necessary.
