Virtual Assistant - Lead Generation, Customer Support, Social Media, Email management, and more

I’m looking to bring on a virtual assistant to help my marketing agency with lead generation (on TikTok and Instagram), managing Instagram DMs and emails, and cold email ---------- sired applicant skills and qualities:

-Attention to detail
-Ability to communicate well
-Strong grasp of the English language
-Looking for long term employment (will start part-time and shift to full-time)
-Experience responding to inbound emails as well as sending cold emails
-Experience with social media Direct Messaging a plus
-Ability to follow instructions
-Desire to learn and be apart of a fast-paced team


About me (Mike) and my company:

-I run an influencer and TikTok marketing agency (check out ---------- )
-I help business grow by finding TikTok influencers to create content for them (this role will involve communicating with influencers)
-We also run TikTok ads for our clients
-We help TikTok influencers to earn more income, and become full-time content creators. My goal is to help 1000 creators achieve freedom and work completely for themselves and go full-time.
-I love traveling. I’m originally from the US, but currently located in Medellin Colombia. I have been traveling Central America for the past 2 years. I will likely visit Asia sometime soon, and possibly even stop in the Philippines!

Job Duties:

-Reaching out to influencers via Instagram DMs and Email.
-Reaching out to brands via email, to see if they are interested in our services.
-Finding influencers on TikTok and Instagram that are the right fit for our clients.
-Communicating with influencers, negotiating rates, and setting up post execution.
-Sending cold emails to potential clients to try and set up calls with them.
-Responding to emails and DMs


Compensation:

-Negotiable, depending on experience
-I believe in giving generous bonuses. If the company is making money, and you are contributing to that, bonuses will be given accordingly
-13th month/Christmas Bonus
-Pay raises awarded based on performance


Other things to note:

- We are growing extremely quickly, and you will learn a lot! I am looking for someone who is flexible and willing to learn new things, as we are always adding new tools to our toolbox. We currently use ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and many other softwares that you will likely be learning :)

- We currently have 2 Virtual Assistants on the team, based in the Philippines.

- I am generally very flexible with the work hours. Our two other virtual assistants set their own hours. As long as you are getting your projects done on time, the hours aren't too important to me :)

- I don't micro-manage. You will have a lot of flexibility with your work.
