Customer Support Trucking Logistics(Manila-based and Greater Luzon Area)

We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Trucking Logistics who is based on Manila or Greater Luzon Area to join our growing Team in the Philippines

Our growing team includes seven virtual members currently, in addition to six staffed on site in USA

Requirements:

- Previous customer support or dispatch experience in TRUCKING INDUSTRY
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to MULTI-TASK in FAST-PACED environment, including phone and email support
- Great customer service personality and upbeat attitude
- Work as a team player to fulfill our mission together
- Working hours Monday through Friday 9am- 6pm Eastern time, but there will be changes in the schedule soon and we'll have an opening, mid and closing shift

General Responsibilities include:

-Monitoring and answering phones, emails, intercompany teams chat, to quote and enter shipping orders, and other queries.
- Attention to details such as dimensions, pick up locations, and special instructions in order to insure customers’ needs are met.
- Contact customers to schedule delivery appointments, update re service delays, waiting time reports, etc
- General administrative and associated duties
Additionally requirements:
-Skilled in using MS Windows & MS Office, Google products and other computer-based applications. Willing and able to learn the software we use to fulfill our mission.


System Requirements:

The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for main hardware and back-up
Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
A second Monitor for multi-tasking
A Headset with a noise-canceling feature
At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main ISP
Strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP
