Hours and Compensation
- This is a full-time position (40 hours / week)
- The position starts at $2000 - $3000 USD/month, depending on experience level.

Who We’re Looking For
As the Amazon Director, you’ll lead one of the most significant areas of the business, creating and implementing new strategies, building the roadmap towards the growth of the business, and managing a team to ensure the comprehensive management of our Amazon account. You’ll find and develop methods to improve the business as much as possible, and will be an integral part of the company leadership by working on cross-departmental projects, contributing to strategic discussions, and driving better business decisions through data-driven insights. As a part of a widely successful network of Amazon entrepreneurs, you will gain in-depth experience in the art and science of the Amazon Private Label business model.


90 Day Objectives
- Understand each role and how the company works, from our management processes to our communication standards to our culture. Connect with each Amazon tea ---------- mber to understand their roles, responsibilities, and work output. Get a good grasp of how the Amazon department and related company departments function on a day-to-day level

- Shadow under the Amazon Advisors to quickly learn Tree to Tub’s way of running an Amazon business, our strategic initiatives, and what we are currently learning for improving Amazon businesses

-Begin taking ownership of strategic projects such as Amazon Canada and UK expansion, and managing tea ---------- mbers who execute under these projects

- Begin taking over the day-to-day management of the Amazon business and acting as the project manager for our Strategic Initiatives

- Absorb the latest webinars, classes, discussions, and workshops that involve growing and improving Amazon businesses


Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the growth of the Amazon account towards financial targets through launching new products, scaling international marketplaces, and implementing other growth strategies

-Develop and implement methods to improve existing product listings, keyword ranking, conversion rate, sessions, review ratings, and any other aspect that would improve profitability for existing SKUS

- Manage Amazon tea ---------- mbers and to help elevate their output and work efficacy while nurturing their professional growth

- Manage two advertising agencies (PPC & DSP) by following our agency communication and management protocol

- Continually find new ways to improve the business by conducting deep research and regularly learning about changes in the Amazon Marketplace, in competitor strategies, and any other threats and opportunities

- Develop scalable methods to extract and clearly present data to evaluate the success of implemented strategies

- Keep up to date on changes on Amazon and ensure we are compliant with guidelines and terms of service

To be successful in this role candidate should possess the following attributes:
- 5+ years experience in eCommerce as a Manager or Director level
- Strong understanding of Amazon & eCommerce selling models (FBA is required)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring performance and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills, drive, and ability to inspire and develop teams
- Ability to monitor performance and provide a gap analysis
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines,
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
